Detailed meeting with client & need analysis – we meet with all our clients on their site to get a better understanding of their culture, structure & environment.

Establish a recruitment strategy with client – after an initial brief with the client Quantum Search will prepare a recruitment strategy on the most effective way to find the right employee for you. This could include a newspaper campaign, web advertising, database search or targeted search campaign. Negotiation of terms for the assignment.

Commence candidate search – utilizing the appropriate means and identifying key competencies we will advertise & approach suitable candidates about the client (confidentially or openly depending on strategy.)

Interviewing candidates – depending on nature of application we require all candidates complete a Candidate Summary document outlining further information required according to the term of the assignment, including technical testing.

Shortlisting of candidates – Once the interviews have been completed our Recruitment Professional will evaluate all the candidates and select the appropriately skilled shortlist ready to present to the client. If we don’t feel that the final shortlist is at the correct level we will discuss the results with the client and potentially continue search / submit shortlist.

Client Interviews – Quantum Search will discuss each applicant’s strengths & weakness in line with the assignment brief and arrange the interviews accordingly providing the candidates with a full brief of the position, interviewers, location etc.

Interview Feedback – When the client interviews have been completed and a chosen candidate selected for 2nd interview or offer stage we will inform the unsuccessful candidates in writing and thanking them on your behalf for interest shown in your company.

Offer Process – Quantum Search acts as negotiator for both parties ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties. Once verbal agreement has been reached we manage the candidate’s formal acceptance & signature. Depending on the client request we can provide assistance in visa process advice, relocation etc. if applicable.

Reference Check – an important process that can occur pre-offer or post offer depending on the individual circumstances.

Employee Start – Throughout the notice or relocation period we are in constant contact to ensure there are no issues with the smooth start transition.

Follow Up – Our commitment is clear to both clients that we will keep in contact on going through month 1, 2, 3 & 6 month intervals to ensure a smooth transition for both the employee & employer.
